We would like to inform you that Moxa is going to make changes to all product series. These changes will be implemented starting in 2026. Please review the details below to determine how these changes will affect your products and/or operations.

What will change?

We will standardize the font and printing position format used on product box and outer carton labels. This integration aims to enhance production efficiency and accuracy. The standardized printed content will include the product name, product number, product serial number, box number, quantity, place of manufacturing, factory name, factory address, and the position of safety symbols within restricted areas.

Which products will be affected?

All product series.

When will the new versions be available?

New products in 2026 will be directly introduced, while existing products will be gradually implemented (running change). Therefore, shipments may include labels of both versions.
